Dear members and experts i would like to inquire about which of the cbr2 and foreign office housing society is better for one to two years investment?
I know that cbr(1) is a success story but the location of cbr2 is not close to as good as cbr(1). They have recently launched the prime block.
Any impact of new airport and/or metro on this?

Door ka dhol suhana..DISTANT DRUMS SOUND WELL.In my opinion worthless investment.It may good for long term.Very bad access.Dealers like to cash CBR-1 tag.

It seems that experts believe that investment in foreign office society and CBR2 is worthless for short term.
May I humbly ask then what are other good options for relatively small investment? In foreign office society and CBR2 I can get a plot between 1-1.5 million. Also the plot in CBR2 is available on installments.

Buying on installments plots is not for short term generally... Unless you want to enter into files game as played in BT, Faisal projects....
