CBR Town Phase 1 or River Garden
Which is better and why? I prefer CBR due to more accesses available. What do seniors and estate agents think?
Can anyone advise me please. I have a budget which is enough for a small possession plot 7 Marla depending upon the size and location of possession plot. I would like to invest in Bahria or DHA but these are far too expensive hence why in my opinion River Garden and CBR Town Phase 1 in Zone 5 appear to be the next decent places below there standards.
Both seem same to me. Which one shall I go for and why?

I would suggest river garden…very good management and a good decent society…In soan garden h block specially ext has no gas no roads and management is due to have election for last one year or so. Too many problems… Cbr is good but my vote is for river garden very very good access from the isb highway underground electricity very good security system … Rest the gurus can guide you…
River Garden is a good society. Only drawback is height of Soan river, which should not be an issue. Prices have increased around zone v.
CBR Town had bad management but under new management its improved quite a lot.
