Is cbr phase 2 a good investment. 5 marla are pretty cheap for around 7-8 lac. 10 marlas are on around 15 lac. Is development on going? Does this price inc development fees?
Can any expert gurus point out whether its worth investing here to build a house in the future?

Anyway,i have some investement in it and i heard that it will give a good return in coming two years, especially its prices are linked with I-16 CDA and therw are plans of overhead road from kashmir highway to haji camp. If this is the case then its a lotterry for CBR 2
Well, I purchased a 25x45 plot file in CBR-II for Rs. 3.5 Lacs in September 2013. And now after balloting, I am getting offers of Rs. 7 to 7.25 Lacs against this plot. The possession of CBR-II is expected in next couple of months and its rates are expected to increase a lot in coming months.
