Please advise future aspects for investment in CBR Ph-1 Exective or CBR-II pocession plots.
Any one have info about this?
Phase I is good for immediate living but least growth as already matured. It suits those well who cant go to Pakistan Town, PWD etc., its more economical.
Phase II potential is good for growth due to its proximity with Thalian, CDA sectors and Golra Mor.
