CBR Town Phase 1 or River Garden
Which is better and why? I prefer CBR due to more accesses available. What do seniors and estate agents think?
Can anyone advise me please. I have a budget of around 14 lac but this can be stretched to 22 lac depending upon the size and location of possession plot. I would like to invest in Bahria or DHA but these are far too expensive hence why in my opinion River Garden and CBR Town Phase 1 in zone 5 appear to be the next decent places below there standards.
Both seem same to me. Which one shall I go for and why?
