In my opinion CBR-2 is a better options as compare to B-17 due to proximity. B block B-17 is far far away and on the edge of motorway, while CBR-2 is near to Thalian interchange.
CBR-2
On Cash - Block A - D
On Installments - Prime Block or Residencia
Prices are much better than B-17 and good future.

Wondering if construction work is already underway at CBR? Also what is timeline for possession of plots?
CBR 2 Block A - E have possession plots and the area is green with location and access that will further improve with time.
Other blocks like J or Prime etc. Are under development. Very little house construction activity at the moment but it will increase in an year or so on the possession area.
Both are safe and good for long term.

CBR-2 is more better option than B-17 and even than bahria phase 8 ext. Only 5 year ahead you will see a good presentation at its own and surrounding as well.

Can someone tell which of the CBR instalment block has clear land and cbr management have possession of that land, I visited CBR last year and the the guy in the office said that they are purchasing the land for J and other blocks right now. So the land for those blocks was not purchased last year.
