How is cbr town phase-2 for medium term investment? What are good blocks for this purpose?
Bhaiyoo!At the moment no need to discuss Ring Road project & its beneficiary societies. Because Ring Road project, if starts n March 2018, will be completed in 2020 (at least). But yet it is n Air/Space; No approval, no land acquisition etc. Choro es ko. Best is Kashmir Highway & its surrounding; University Town, Mumtaz/Top City, Gandhara, Faisal Town, Shalimar Town, Airport enclave. Do not go for CBR-2, FOEHS or Capital Smart City.
I think Mumtaz City / Top City, Faisal Town do not have much juice left for further investment. CBR-2 is very cheap option at the moment.
Yes agree with Akif’huge potential in cbr-2 in comming era.
I think in the coming year their will be further increase in prices of Mumtaz/ Top city etc after a little decrease after opening of Airport cz traffic and ppl will start moving towards that area
CBR-2 is also good but for 5 year investment time at least
And what about PIA-EWT society?
