Can anyone advise me of a cheap long term investment in the range of 8 lac?
I am thinking of obtaining a cheap 5 Marla file in either Wapda Town or CBR Phase 2.
Which society do the experts suggest? And why?

Between these two, go for Wapda Town, it has better development and location. It will give you a return faster. CBR Phase 2 will not be fully mature until Rawalpindi Ring road is built, which no one knows for sure when it will happen.
Any other views?
I think CBR-II is better option for long term as;
1-Its price is in comparison to wapda town fully developed,
CBR is yet to develop , it price will go in range to I-series.
2-People expecting development standards like CBR-I
3-Location of CBR_II just near to I-16 and new airport and comparatively nearer to ISB/RWP city centers and motorway.
4-Ring road/Air port road via I-Series on card may be in 2-3 years.
So far 1 vote for each. Any other views? Has CBR got NOC from RDA or CDA for this phase 2?
Dont get in both troubles
