I have a budget of 1.2 million.
Should i go for a 1 kanal plot in phase 3 of kashmir model town or a 5 marla plot in cbr-2?

If I am in such a situation, I would like to go for CBR-2 Prime or Residencia Block file with all dues clear and 'With Land Option'.
Prime block all land has been purchased and development work just started, whereas Residencia block land acquisition under process. Its hardly 2.1 km from Thalian Interchange (as per Google Maps).
I dont have much technical details about KMT and their NOC status. I guess the development in KMT is stagnant since long.
Based on comparative location, NOCs, development status and recent price appreciation CBR-2 sounds a much better option.
