Capital smart city, islamabad-lahore motorway

Hello friends,
A friend of mine has purchased 3 files in capital smart city. He has suggested to me to buy a few files. According to him it is a partnership between habib rafiq (50% share), wfo (25%) and a chinese company (25%) and designed by some thai company. It has its own motorway interchange approved and is 4.5 km from the toll plaza towards lahore, before chakri interchange.
It is not yet launched officially but the files are being sold by their official dealers: 25x45=18 lack, 35x65=31.5 lac and 50x90=48lac with four years instalment plan. According to him the launch is expected next month.
I have googled it and can see the owner is "future developments holdings" who have offices in jinnah super and dha phase 2.

Please can the expert give their opinions on it, is it worth it to buy a file or 2 or is it just another scam?

Many thanks

MG4, I would suggest to stay away please....

Regards

A thread about this scheme was started a few months back by someone on this forum who uses several aliases. Then an official statement was released by FWO in which they called this scheme a scam and that they had no affiliation with it. People posted that link on the thread.

On getting caught red handed, he deleted that thread to wipe out proof. Senior members can testify to this. Everyone Beware!

I just read the following blog by Samra Zulfiqar, zameen.com Asstt editor

She can clarify it further for us please...

She has written this last month.

Please Miss Samra can you clarify your article in the light of above comments

i.e Is FWI a partner or just a lie?

Many thanks

Hi all,

The HRL-authorised agents are selling files for the project and there shouldn't be anything to worry about if you purchase it from one of them; Home Key, Royal Business Solutions, and Qazi Investments.

@AMT, can you share a valid source for FWO denying connections with the project and calling it a scam? Because if someone can share the link here, we can also find it online.

According to official representatives of HRL who i personally spoke with, FWO is indeed on board for the project.

If someone doesn't feel comfortable at investing in the project right now, they can wait for the official launch, which is expected to take place in about a month.

With so many people expressing reservations against the project, which i believe hold no ground, the best way to go about would still be to wait for the official launch.

The interested buyers can also visit the HRL's office in Islamabad and get required details on the NOC, the project's connection with FWO and everything else.

Make your on call, and never forget that haste makes waste.

@Miss Samra Zulfiqar

Thank you for your feedback.....it was very helpful....
