Assalam o Alaikum fellow members,
I was thinking about investing in Canal City (Rail Town). I'm in need of expert opinion, I am thinking about buying a 12.5 Marla or 15 Marla plot near main boulevard, the other option that I have is a 10 Marla plot in EME but the price of 10 Marla plot in EME is around 10-11 million.

canal city rail town is by no means a good option for investment..you u can invest in nespak,tricon,izmir and bahria....investing in eme wont be fruitful as its prices have already sky high
@Shehzad Ali i have already purchased a 1 kanal plot in NESPAK Phase 2,Site II opposite to DHA Rahbar phase 2 on new defence road and to be honest i don't even know about the current value of my plot.
Is there any particular reason why canal city is not a good option? also what do you think about DHA-RAHBAR the prices of 10 marla plots seem to be quite reasonable right now.
I have checked various housing schemes: Fazaia/Lake City/Khayaban E Amin but now i'm confused where should i invest

there seems to be no administration in canal city...plus when u have so many better options why would you go for canal city?? i think lake city is the best option among which you mentioned..and for any help regarding any society in lahore please feel free to call
