Dear readers can i get information how to commercialize my residential plot into commercial plot from rda. The office of deputy registrar has approved to commercailize my plot keeping in view of the locality of that plot. Unfortunately he had added a point to get approval from RDA also which seems as he has wasted all the decision he gave. How should i process it further and weather the rda will approve this plot or not as the whole society is yet not approved by rda.
