I dont think so brother, since 1 kanal in G-15 which is Jamu kashmir society is around 11 to 12 milltion and 40 x 80 in g-15 is 8 million.
G-13 35 x 70 is like 13 million and Kanal in G-14/4 is like 15-18 million if i m not wrong
Incase you find a source in 8-10 million in g-13 or G 14 let me know i will also like to buy one in that range.
