Aoa is buying one kanal plot in d 13 a good option i want to sell my plot in i 15 and buy in d 13 please advise
D-13 I think right now is open land? just outside D-12.
D-12 is a prime CDA Sector, developing fast and getting expensive. Not sure if D-13 will be proper CDA sector or open land in future. The area has good future if not the litigations in the land.
However, in any case my suggestion would be to hold your I-15 plot for at-least 6+ months to 1 Year. It is expected to rise!
D-13 is registered inteqal property. I think you should not sell I-15 property for atleast 3 years. Specially if you are in I-15/4 or 3. The prices will see huge jump and will be atleast par with I-14 prices.

I already invest in 1 Kanal file in D-13 i am thinking to sale the file and Buy possession plot in l-16 sector 2 or 4
please i need the advice from the Gurus is good in invest in l-16 also there is Dealer offer Me shop in G-11 Markaz Capital Plaza Ground corner 3 side what is the Rent value in G-11 shop..?
