In investment point view, does residential plots situated exactly in front of commercial markets (mini market g-15/1) are considered good location or not.
Kindly advise, what is market trend in buying/ selling, is it worth investing or it carries some negatives due to commercial market.

For residential point of view its not good however some investors likes that type of locations,So in my opinion its good because of investors purpose although its negative for residential point of view.
It’s good to avoid such place. Mini markets are usually for Sabzi and meat shops. Even if it’s not Sabzi and meat shops, your house value depends upon how the commercial market will develop.
