I am buying a property in rufi dream land, gulistan-e-jauhar block 8. The saler is saying the property is on builder transfer and not leased. Can any one please, let me know, how can i do to make sure i don't get into trouble and all things are authentic in the process? (i am total naive in buying/selling property)
