Buying property in bahria phase 8,e-17/4 or some other place

sir i want to invest in good location.Is it good to invest in bahria phase 8 .Or i will invest in some other place .My budget is 22 lakh.

E-17 is not good place, mumtaz city, is i think better than this one. Just suggestion.
