In Lahore, try to get something in Khayaban-e-Ameen perhaps on installments. In Islamabad you can explore DHA Valley.
I would suggest to buy good location 30x60 all dues clear plot in Multi Residencia in A or B Blocks.
Price is around 14 to 15 lacs at the moment.
Prices were around 18 lacs few months back.
It is ideal time to buy as possession will be give around Aug, Sep this year.
