I am on the verge of closing my first deal at soan garden via an estate agent. I need advise of you guys what i should look for before closing the deal? And how i should go about it. Currently, i like the land.. I have visited there. And the price is almost negotiated with the dealer.

Ask the dealer to fix a final meeting with the real seller/ allottee of the plot and commit 1 percent comission with the dealer/ estate agent.
He will make the transfer set ready, and take transfer time.
Agree with Nasir khursh ,face to face deal is 200% better than only dealer dependent deal,as i suffered a lot bcz of this,
