Go to any dealers who deal in ghuri town and buy it simple.You can see jang newspaper you can find one.
Dear Rashid actually i want to know transfer procedure. I have contacted directly with owner so i want to know what is way to deal with him and what is transfer method?
Transfer is through registry.
So what is about Ghauri Town office?
Registry.
For Phase 7 you and seller just need to go to society office, there you will get it transferred to your name. Just take your CNIC copy and seller with file to society office, they will guide you about the process, it will take hardly 1 hour. Registry is not available yet you will get just a file from society office.
And 2 witnesses will be required.
