I have two options:
1. Buy 1 kanal plot in dha multan which is currently costing about 4000000 (4 millions)
2. Buy 18 marla plot near khan village multan, total price something around 3000000 (3 millions approximately). The obvious disadvantage here is that it is not in any planned or developed society. However it is in rapidly developing area, nearby well developed projects such as khan village, wapda town, buch villas.
What is best option from investment point of view, please help

DHA Multan Phase 1 Kanal plot is not available in 4 million.
I would go for DHA Multan if you can wait for 3 years minimum.

Aoa, 1st of all dha phase 1 file is above 50 lacs and phase 1 ext is above 40. Keep in mind to add development charges in it.
2nd thing is you have not mentioned that what is your purpose . You are buying for building house or for investment.
in lets say 5 years (ph 1 only not taliking about ext.) will give you healty returns. And will be way better place to live also. Nothing matches standard of dha . Choice is yours. If you can wait for 3 to 5 years go for dha . It will be 100+ by that time
