My budget is Rs. 7 million. I am thinking to buy a plot in F-15/1 extension by JKCHS.
I need experts opinion that how safe this investment is and future benefits in next 1-2 years.

You should buy in possession area of F-15/1. That is a good investment, and it will keep rising in price inshaAllah as the society has all amenities of life. Gas, electricity, water, commercial facilities etc.

Yes Bhatti sahab ... Markaz is an excellent investment! How much is the price there for a small plot?
JKCHS does not have as much commercial space as is the demand. And when possession in Markaz is handed over, it will take a few years to blossom into a very profitable commercial area.

PK1 sb. Just to clearify that i am interested in residential plots around F-15/1 markaz where society has promised to hand over possession in next 1-2 months. The prices are 6.5 to 7 million for 35-70 plots.

Javed sb …Sir instead of spending 7 million on a 35x70 plot without possession,i would suggest to buy a 40x80 in 8 million in g-15 which is ready to construct.Society management is not very much trust worthy and spending 7 million on such plot is not advisable…
I dont know the exact price but it is very very high. In small market of F-15/1 the price of 30x30 plot facing small street is around 9 million. So you can imagine the price in Markaz.
The prices in g15/f15 are rising very fast. Last week i visited g15, the normal level plots (30-60)costs around 5.8 to 6 million. The corner plots (30-60) are being sold around 6.2 to 6.5 million.
In f-15/1 (ext) near to possession plots where all services have been provided (underground electricity, gas, water, sewerage) by society, the prices of normal level plots (35-70)range from 6.5 to 6.8 million except depression & khada plots which range from 5 to 6 million. The proper corner residential plots near f-15/1 markaz range from 7 to 7.5 million.
About 10 days ago, my relative purchased a plot (35-70) proper corner near f-15/1 markaz for Rs. 7 million.
Since society has provided all services and unofficially possession is being given to these plots owners so prices may increase further when construction of these houses will start.

Your right. The streets before F-15 Markaz where society has placed Blue DB's are all good for investment. The Possession time by society is coming around July - September .
Its a good bet !
