Buying plot in Bahria Enclave of I-14, I-15, or F-16

I am looking foe a plot of 5-8 marla for residential purpose. But will plan to construct after 3-4 years. I need suggestions/guidance of friends having experience in real estate business. The budget is 14-15 lacs maximum.

Bahria enclave is a good option development wise and location wise plus F-16 is also a good option as you have 3 or 4 years so hopefully development will begin I-14 or 15 should be your last option.

By the way enclave prices are bit high as compared to market of that area.

But as compared to Park Enclave, Bahria Encalve is much cheaper. Secondly, what could be the reason of much high prices of Park Enclave. Would it be possible that CDA develop this side for elite class or some elite projects?

Park Enclave is basically for elite class and it will be a mega project if done by CDA as funds are a big issue in CDA.
