I recently bought a plot in b-17b, but the file was open and in the possession of an investor who sold it through a registered dealer of multi. Multi has issued me an allotment letter along with possession certificate. I also have the ndc from previous owner. Does this mean everything is clear? Does society transfer allotment and issue possession certificate when file is clean?

Possession is given to all dues clear plot.

Thanks a lot Mr Khan… I was a bit worried. This is a very bad practice when dealers sell things like this… Owner and original letter should always be shown to a buyer.

Dear Mr. Khan, I have been given NDC and a transfer letter regarding a plot at ROS signed by Executive Member of MPCHS. Is it enough of a proof of transfer of plot and possession?
