I want to purchase 40x80 plot in F-17 and one plot in B-17 D-sector. Is it good option for future investment . I have 3500000 in hand need good investment option.

The min price of 40x80 plot in F-17 is Rs 2800000 and Rs 750000 for 30x60plot in D-sector B-17. Is it good future investment option? Now advise go for purchase or hold.

Yes Umar. It’s a good option for buying you can also make a combination of kanal plot in E-16 and 30 x 60 plot in D block. By the way development of D block will be after E block because there is a little encroachment in D block.
B-17 prices are rising in days. I saw this type of increase in Stock market in 2005. At that time shares are upper lock daily and when big dealers and few others like govenment institutions start selling than lower lock on daily basis and even few people commit suisides.
In Blck E profit on 30*60 file is around 250,000/- and today society increase prices by around 20%. Let see what happend in coming months.
In B-17 if you want to invest for 2-3 yrs time i would suggest to buy a plot on lumpsum basis. In Block E or even C you can buy a 35*70 plot around 15-18 lac (please reconfirm prices from someone else). The sutta is on files the dealers and investors now playing for 10-20 thousand rupees on daily basis.
The society will announce few new plots in E block soon they increase the booking price from today. The new price of 3060 plot on lumpsum basis is 997,000 and on installment it will be 1240000 and 3570 is 1354120 and 1686400 respectively. But this is only for long term i me 2-3 years the sutta element will diminish when all the installments are paid or 60-70% are paid. Please note that installment files are very easy to sell because these files are in reach of most of the investors.

please also answer about investment in f-17,is it good option? The approach from GT Road is very good/near.Secondly land is very much leveled ground ,no high/low land area.
The only issue is that the front/face of society is under he possession of T&T and there is no development. Keeping in view the above ,please advise f-17 is good option or not ?

F-17 is also very good option prices are already high and there is still room for further rise. Ternoal and from ternol to F-17 road pproh is not good. BTW i am not an expert especially i am not well aware about F-17.
