Gulberg Residentia is after Gulberg Green and located 7-8 km post Green location. That makes 11-12km from the Islamabad highway and there are full blown villages in residentia.
People refused to vacate some of those villages so far and IB has no real intention to deal with them!
The money you have in you pocket, may be a bit more, can buy you a 5 Marla in DHA-5.
DHA-5 will be possessed earlier than residentia and after IH signal free, you will drive only few minutes more to reach the capital and you will be having your place in good old DHA.

In DHA-5, you can get a 5 Marla at good location under 38 lacs. People are rushing to zone-2 for airport [wrongly] and for better road network [rightly]. The buyers in DHA-5 can make fun of, it as in future DHA-5 will shine as much as DHA-2 did, may be even more!
