Can anyone give a comparison of b & c blocks of b-17 in terms of location, facilities, cost, etc? I plan to buy in either of these blocks. Plus what would be right time to buy… As one of senior members of this forum i think advised in another post not to buy at this stage and suggested to wait for a while so that budget and its consequences may settled down.
B block is more developed and already population people are living there. In c block, very few houses have now been started.
But if you can find something in c block located near the main road going to e block markaz then this will be a very good strategic investment. Prices in c block are still lower than b block but the gap will become narrow after people move in to c block and its development is fully completed. In that sense, c block is a better investment.
B 17 will be a proper highly developed city in future specially after margalla avenue it will boost. For future investment or even for living after margalla avenue b 17 will be a very good choice. B block is more developed but the most expensive block of b 17 kanal plot price is around 5 to 5.5 million iin b block. C block is not populated currently and prices are around 3.5 million to 4 million for a kanal plot
Thank you pk1 and syed ibrahim. Based on your suggestions, i conclude that i should opt c block for an investment of 3.5milions. One more thing is in 3.5 millions what size plot i can get in b block, if i opt b block?.
