I am looking to buy a house in Sher Zaman Colony/Aslam Shaheed road area in Rawalpindi. My requirements are:
Beds: Minimum 4 beds
Budget: 5-6 million
Area: Minimum 8 Marla
Car porch ideally for 2 cars.
Not too far away from main road.
Any offers/suggestions?
Very bad idea,don't think to buy in this area there are many problem also very high crime rate that's why people are moving to Dha,Bahria and other gated communities because security point of view,it's more better "place of 8 marla buy 5 marla" in safary valley or Dha or Askari,
did you think why prices are coming down in this area?
because very high rate of crime,It's not that good at all in my opinion,
