Can someone give me an idea about cost of house in malir cantt area. The area size can be in between 150 sq. Yards to 200 sq. Yards.

Kindly avoid giving outdated information. For 3 million you can get back in 2004 not now. Malir Cantt one of very few areas of Karachi which increase in last 5-6 years(reasons we all know) and when all investment focus on few areas they increase phenomenally.Only 5 areas covered in Malir Cantt. Falcon Complex, D.O.H.S 1 & 2, Askari 5 and Cantt Bazar. Most estate agents used word adjacent,before or some variation don’t fall for that as there are so many adjacent properties but neither value nor security of Malir Cantt.You can get 120yds for 12 to 15 million depends on location and house conditions.Discuss in detail long time ago you can get estate agents name and numbers who deals in Malir Cantt from that thread. Saw an estate agent thread regarding Malir Cantt his name is Aamir Raza but he don’t offered any chance deals.

Salam muhammad masood, On zameen.Com, there are houses worth of 8 million to 9 million but they are 6 months old listings. I hope to see updated listings as well. Overall kk is updated :).

That’s the policy of zameen.After 6 months it may be there forever but its shows 6 months and older.May be need this way of correcting database.Have personal experience regarding such property
