I want to buy home in Bahria Town RWP in any phase within 27 lac. Is it possible? Please advice.

Its not possible to even get an awami villa in that much. I guess Bahria by raising their prices so steeply might be becoming victims of their own design…they have launched so many schemes on the one hand with thousands of plots for sale, while they have driven out the largest segment of the society from their customer base i.e. The middle class.
You will be very lucky to get a possession plot in that range never mind a house!
I think you can get awami villa flats in this range even 5 marla double story construction now a days cost more than 27.
