I am living in us. And i am looking to buy 8 or 10 merla plot in dha valley.
I have a budget of just 10 lakh. Well i be able to get a good plot in this price range. You know life is very tough in these countries .We go through a lot of hard work. I talked with a few agents they ask for 13 and 14 lakh and i cannot afford that.
Is there anyway that i buy the plot from the owner rather then an agent.
Please guide me.
And please also guide me what are the best block in dha valley?

Dha Valley is good for long term insvestment,Blue bell is best block of Dha Valley,the price of 8 marla is going 1.5 to 1.7 million so raise your budget for 8marla.

Maria if you add 1 or 2 lax more you can buy a 10 marla plot in wapda town.i hope after 2 years price will be double.
Their is not 10 marla plot in DHA valley.
It has only 5 and 8 marla plots.
It is a good investment and life is tough and difficult not only in USA, everywhere it is tough.
