Buying/Buying Process For Commercial Property In Isb/Pindi

Dear experts,

I am considering investing in commercial real estate in the Islamabad/Pindi area so that I can get a regular income stream through rent. I can invest from 1 to 1.5 crore. Since I am a novice in this field, I would appreciate advice from experts on this forum on the following points:

1) What are the different ways of investing in commercial real estate e.g. (a) Buying a commercial plot, building a plaza and renting out or (b) Buying a shop in an existing plaza/shopping mall or (c) Buying an office space or (d) Any other.

2) What are the options/locations currently available in Isb/Pindi area that you would advise for good returns.

3) Where or how can I get the proper awareness about investing in commercial real estate, buying process, problems to look out for, issues during contract write-up, etc.

For immediate rental income,you should go for a good sized shop at the decent locality with growing population…E-11 or bahria town civic center can work for you.Rental income at both the places is very handsome.

Thanks for reply. What is the range of rental that is possible in E-11 with my budget? I suppose you are referring to a shop in existing plazas.

Same question I would ask regarding Bahria Civic Centre.
