Dear Fellows,
I am an oversees planning to move back to Islamabad due to child education issues in Dubai I know the situation back home is not very well but I have to do it for personal reasons. Now asking your guidance on what can be a good deal for a 10M ready to build plot in DHA. I was first looking into G13/4 4Marla whose cost seems to be almost same as 10M in DHA 2 with 15-30 lac + -. Reason of shoosing DHA is security, infrastructure & schools. Living in Dubai makes you feel its same safety all over the world which is not true & I do not want to worry all the time about small aged kids. I am into IT & running a small software studio remotely as well which is being operated in Pakistan & can quickly rent a small office for 8-10 employees & keep earning in remittence a plan which Allah may execute iA. What are the best options for me in DHA I am also open to 8M or even 6/7/5 Marla but don’t think this cutting is available. Priorities are 2-5 minute school drive, parks, mosque, commercial area nearby with access to best doctors. Budget ideally would be 2Cr & can stretch it to 2.5 iA. Not immediately thinking to construct it but will prefer to stay in a cheap rental apartment ideally 3BHK & side by side build it ones I have the funds. I have seen a few listings in Sector J, DHA 2 close to GT road asking 2.6 Cr for 10M but its very inside the streets. Need your advice!
Assalam-o-Alaikum!
f you have a budget constraint and are looking for a 10 Marla plot, Sector J seems to be a suitable option within your price range of 270-285 lac. However, if you prefer a plot in a good location, Sectors E and F could be more appealing. In these sectors, the plot prices are higher, ranging from 3.5 to 4 crore.
The advantage of choosing a plot in Sectors E and F is the proximity to amenities such as the Giga Mall, DHAI school, and commercials. Additionally, these sectors offer the convenience of being within walking distance of these facilities.
It ultimately depends on your budget and preferences. If you are willing to spend more for a prime location and easy access to nearby amenities, Sectors E and F could be worth considering. However, if you prioritize affordability, Sector J would be a more suitable option within your budget range.
