I need expert advice on the outlook of dha city karachi properties and my questions are framed below. Interested to buy a 500 sq.Yds residential plot. Appreciate if someone can advise.
1. Is 500 sq yds a better idea or one should go for 300 sq. Yds residential or go for a commercial property.
2. Which sector is the best and what are the price ranges for 500 sqyd, 300 sqyd and commercial?
3. Is there any precedence of army plot over the civilian plot?
4. What is the payment plan? How much we have to pay upfront and how is the remaining divided, for planning the installments (if any)?
5. Brief future prospects.
