From an investment point of view Pakistan can grow at a faster pace than Spain or Europe. Then you have to pay taxes on the property and when you sell you are taxed again, and governments there are hungry at the moment and need as much revenue as they can get and non nationals seem to be an easy target. However if you want to live there then Spain is nice but you would struggle with the language.
