I am looking to buy a house in Islamabad. But don't know which location is ideal? Plan is preferably in G, H, I sector or I don't know about how is DHA and Bahria Town is?
Can anybody help me out in this matter. Range is up to 20 million.
I’d suggest you bahria enclave… The recent surge of bahria enclave has put a downward pressure on property prices in Islamabad. Either investor or genuine buyer…peoples trend is more towards bahria now rather than cda sector…main reason for this is the way bahria delivers in terms of their development…it is way way better than cda when it comes to developing an area from scratch

H sector is not for residential purposes.
G and I are your options. But it would depend upon your requirements, like size of house, new or old, environment etc. You can get plots in this range in Sector I-9 and I-10 and also in G-10 to G-14 of different sizes.

u can buy old house in good price and invest a little amount on renovation.
For Livinh buy house in F-17 or Bahria Phase 8 sfari valley in this range

near 8 to 10 marla or more if I find something like that
2 ) but talking Bahria , no doubt development is awesome but natural landscapes , I don't find there, but Bahria's development so

does anybody tell me how long is the distance if we travel for enjoyment to see the natural beauty of Islamabd ???? like daman-e-koh etc etc

Also somebody tell me about G-11 .. I heard that a great development is underconstruction in G-11 nowadays ???

You can buy 10 marla or kanal plot in possession area of Bahria Enclave, and built a home, that would be a best option.

@ nasir sb…Sir i would recommend you to buy a excellent location plot for round about 11 to 12 millions in dha phase 2 and spend rest of the amount on construction to enjoy your life…Distance is the only issue but it is a great plac to live…Other get some old used house condition of size 30x60 in any cda sector…Another option can be to buy a 35x70 plot in g-13 or g-14/4 and get it constructed by yourself…

Nasir if you want quality of life without public traffic noise , decent neighborhood, safe, hardly load-shedding then you go for Bahria Town. I have doubt if you can get 1 kanal for 20 million in Bahria Town .
Check this none official website to have rough idea of prices .
@ NASIR…Sir it is very difficult to buy a 1 kanal in dha or bahria in your budget…Nicely constructed 1 kanal house is nearly 30 million at both the places…Although you can get an excellent house of 10 or 12 marla in round about 16 to 19 million at both the places.

Check out farm houses as you are interested in big area and natural beauty.Farm house are from 4 kanal to 20 kanals sizes in societies and if you want to move right away then check private farm houses for sale.

Yes you are right there are not much advertised online.As in Pakistan not everyone uses online resources.But still you can reach dealers of advertised houses and then they will show you more houses.
If are close to Islamabad then its easy for you.I am outside Pakistan therefore rely only on Zameen.com

Bahria Town Rawalpindi will not give you "beautiful green natural landscapes of Islamabad"....
People are suggesting you plots in ur own interest, as u will be able to construct house as per your requirements and in low budget, as compared to pre-constructed houses by Thekdaars, which generally use low quality material to increase their profit margin....

Go to CDA sectors like G-9 or G-10 or G-8 are centre of islamabad.Where u can enjoy the real beauty of Islamabad.
Prices of 30x70 old liveable house in G-sectors is above 20M.If you can find below 20M u will be very lucky.
Prices of 30x70 old liveable house in I-9 orI-10-sectors are in 14-16M
