You can go for New City Wah Phase 2 or Sir Syed Housing Society of POF wah employees or Multi Residencia & Orchards (they have a few one kanal options and this is on installments).
@Pk1 how much they cost. R these on files or plots where development work is being started? thanks

In Multi Orchards&Residencia, you have both options: Files and Plots. Development is almost complete in A Block and possession is expected this year inshaAllah.
Current market price will depend on block. A block has 1 kanal and 40x80 options. A is most expensive because development is at advanced stage, then B block (but B has only 11 marla and 8 marla options) and finally files with no map. The last option is not advisable.
This is the best society near Wah Cantt and there is a lot of dealer interest as compared to any other place in Wah.
There are many dealers in Islamabad who deal in Multi Residencia. You can contact any of them but a very reliable person I have done business with is Tayyab 0333-5385514. Tell him Pk1 (friend of Tauqeer) gave you his reference.

You can ask Tayyab. There are very few 1 kanal plots. I think only 18 plots and in 40x80 there are about 11 plots. But I think some of these plots are in the market. Any way compare rates with Sir Syed society and New City Phase 2 before buying.
