Dear Arif, total investment for Service station should be.
Investment:
200,000 for car lifter machine which can lift upto 2 cars at a time,
motor for water 15,000,
for high pressure water you need to buy 1 machine which cost 12,000,
rent per month for 7 marla commercial in decent location 60,000 construction of 02 shed for car washing and a small office 300,000-350,000
Generator 80,000.
Total = 200,000+15,000+12,000+60,000+350,000 = 637,000+100,000(Miscellaneous exps) = 737,000
Now Income:
avg 30 cars per day(which is very less and it is only for cars washing not polishing and motor bikes not included)
30*300(per car rate) = 9,000 per day
9,000*30 = 270,000 gross income
now lets see monthly expenses
06 number of staffs @ 500 per day = 5006 = 3,000 = 3,00030 = 90,000
Electricity bills will not cross 20,000
so now net income will be
270,000-90,000-20,000 = 160,000/-
