I'll be starting constructing my first residential house in 1 month from now at jinnah gardens (40 x 80 sq ft plot).
I'm a salaried individual belonging from a middle class family, and hence can't afford any experimentation with my money :)
I plan on hiring a professional, cost-effective and trust-worthy firm that can take care of everything from design, architecture, finishing and supervision to provide a turn-key solution.
Any recommendations on a good and tested architect/construction firm that i should go ahead with, without having to worry about the quality of work?
