I am planning to build house in islamabad inshallah on 10 marla plot in pakistan town.I seen there are contractors who build house on sq ft rates and cover everything but are they providing warranty?
For example if after 6 months there is crack appears in the walls or floor so who will repair that?
I think contractor should provide some warranty on thier work if they claiming they are using quality material so they should be able to warranty thier work for at least one year.

I would advice you hire a contractor for construction only where you supply the material and they do the construction/labor stuff. This way you know that the material used is of good quality and you will save a lot of money too. Quite a tiresome job if you ask me but is worth it
