I want to build a home 10 Marla Size but little confused if I should go for top city or B-17 MPCHS. Top city used to have a better approach and access to downtown but after Margalla Avenue B-17 MPCHS has got equally better accessibility. Please advise considering where it would be good to build home for investment + residence.
Investment = Rental Value + better appreciation % in future
Residence = Quality of life to live as a family
My Priority list would be:
Faisal town C block (as it will definitely get access from kashmir avenue and its location will become better than top city and B-17. Prices are far lower than Top City and B-17
Top City, Location is better as Top city is touching more populated isb as well as rwp areas. After RRR its access to DHAs, Bahria and Rawalpindi will improve further. Where as B-17 touches only posh areas of isb with less population. Both of these have access to CPEC, motorway, GT road. But only go for A Block as B, C, G etc has so much fillings. Check google earth history tool to know the fillings.
B-17 as development is same as good as top city but price is lower specially in C and E block.
I have same question. In my consideration along with Top city and B-17, Bahria Enclave,Faisal Town and Faisal Hills are also included. Please guide.
How you are so sure for Faisal town c block will get interchange access?
