If 3460 sqft is the plot size than grey structure will cost you minimum Rs.1400-1800 per sqft for grey structure.depending how the contract is awarded (Labor rate/turn key).
Finishing will depend on the choice of material plus the map with regards how many flats are placed on each floor.
E.g
if you have 4 flats than finishing rate will be differed and if there are 5 flats than rate will be more and so on.
Above all the cost will depend mainly how the contract is awarded.
