The hearing postponed to 31/08/2015 but Ch. Ahtizaz Ahsan requested to have it postponed for 3 weeks as he is not available in the country.
The forest department produced 1129 pages report to the court and Ch. Ahtizaz commented that He did not see this latest evidence before and the fact that evidence is very long, He needs more time to study the report.

Yes, its very important case going on these days in SC. Judges are giving tough time BT & its lawyer Aitzaz Ahsan. I dont know know which BT blocks are located on forest land. I think Bahria Hamlet, Bahria Garden City etc but i am not sure
I do not know the total land of “shamlaat” MR bought from owners “inside shamlaat” but I do know that all Garden City is in the forest but why MR is legally right, one needs to understand the " shamlaat" thing!
