I would like to know the impact on real estate market after the britain to leave EU as it has a very big impact on financial market around the globe.
I hope it will bring positive impact as investment returns in UK will get bleak in the coming years, therefore, Pakistanis settled in UK can make big investments in Pakistan. Although, they have to suffer with poor exchange rate. Don’t forget, in the 2002 to 2007 bull run, UK settled Pakistanis made a big impact.

I live in the UK. I am in the process of buying a house here, therefore I have some information. What we have heard so far is a mixed picture/situation since UK voted to leave EU. It is too early to conclude, however, apparently, house prices are going to fall. This usually results in investors investing more to buy houses with a view to let them out. Most of the Pakistanis living here are from Kashmir and neighbouring areas. They have limited interest in investing in Pakistan, while those who had waited for NAYA PAKISTAN, been feeling rather hopeless since no real change is seen in Pakistan since 2013 elections. DHA and Bahria are still decent attractions for them. However, a majority is unwilling to take any risk by investing in Pakistan.
If you have savings in pounds, buy gold.

Sounds like its a dilemma to invest in UK or Pakistan due to uncertain situation right now.I think investors will adopt the policy of wait and see…
People who had a fixed budget in GBP for purchase in Pakistan will now need to cough up more pounds. Until the final exit from EU, uncertainty will cause further slide of pound. Better to invest your sterling somewhere such as gold or dollar until Britain finally makes the transition out of EU and the dust settles. In London there is an outlet of Malabar Gold. You can purchase gold tablets and keep them in original packing. When you need cash sell some of the tablets back to the same outlet at the then going price of gold. Don’t buy jewelry as that will be sold minus the cost of craftsmanship.
