Map has been finalized. Plot numbers have been assigned on new map. Allottees may call Bahria Golf City Customer Center for getting their plot new plot numbers by telling BEI numbers.

Even if they alloted plot numbers, the issued the map, still no development or possession on ground,

The profit rates of 5 and 8 marla were declining in past days, but now i think it is a good tactic by Bahria to increase the profit ratio.

5 marla is around 30 lacs

8 marla is around 40 lacs

map is final, but not officially announced, although dealers have it with them.

Even intimation letters have been sent to allottees for new numbers.

BE has only printed new map with existing plot numbers.Whats the big deal in this?Everyone have already been issued plot numbers with street number.

Will everyone take possession of the same plot number issued to the buyers or will bahria issue another plot instead of what was given originally?

The old 5 marla and 8 marla maps are no more valid, the new map has been finalized and numbers are allotted accordingly.
