Can someone advise whether investing in boulevard/corner plots is of real worth or should go for general plots
It can be worth especially once a house is constructed on that plot.
Boulevard Plots: Boulevard area is normally the heart of any society and developed better and faster than the rest. So a Boulevard plot there may cost 10% extra but once a house is built on that (construction cost remains same whether boulevard or general). It can have more market value, increased resale and better rental income.
Corner Plots: can have some extra land, two or three sided access and normally open space on left or right.
Yes, there can be 10% extra approx for category plots but that cab bring better returns on sale/constructed home.
