I want to know from respected members of the forum about the authenticity of blue world city. Does its safe to invest here?
There is a new project ‘Bin Alam City, Islamabad’ that may be a better option. Blue world seems a long long term investment before any benefit (if there is any)

Bin Alam can be better then Blue World, I think. I think they have just launched so on ground development may take some time to start.

What about Silver City Islamabad?Is it good investment?
Blue world city is good, not right now but after 8-10 years, after the completion of Ring Road, without ring road you can only access blue world city from Chakri Inter-Change.
Apart From Blue World City, ICHS(Islamabad Co-Operative Huousing Society), is located near New Islamabad Intl Hospital. Good Investment Right Now. CPEC Road is under construction, and Just 1 Km away from New Airport
Silver city is better location wise but no one knows how long will it take. Any society without NOC have doubtful future unless some construction starts.
CBR 2 is a good one with NOC and both options with possesion plots and files.
You may visit the area of blue world city yourself, a smooth drive from Islamabad to Chakri interchange at rs 80 cost of toll and around 7 to 8 km from the chakri interchange on black top road.not bad access even at present in absence of RRR
