Blue world city vs. Ichs town ? Which one is best.
Which one has more potential in coming 4-5 years.
Blue world city is new society and needs a development time. Its file price is low and the project aimed to target middle class clients. Definitely it will take 4 to 5 years to get in shape.
It the other hand ICHS have a good location and have some developed sectors as well, so definitely its is ahead of BWC at the moment.
I rate both societies as last and second last option for buying. However you may get good ROI if you sell and purchase BWC files at the moment and in near future.
