Blue world city & capital smart city!

Aoa! Need honest reviews and suggestions regarding both societies investment. Is it safe now to invest in blue world city considering its noc cancelled?

Can someone guide the whole process for buying plots from both these societies?

Thank you

Mehran (with missing papers) vs GLI

As of now, NOC never been issued to BWC. They both fall into different leagues due to pricing and development so a direct comparison would not make sense

CSC Development is going on with a good pace and becoming a beautiful piece of land, so it’s Mehran vs Land cruiser instead of GLI

The LCs are parked and running in the Capital - Zone 1 & 2 not for everyone and havig their own saturated market :)

By the way, demand and own/profit wise GLi remains one of the hottest entity as an asset that's like a cash you drive along

In that perspective, yes you are right Imtiaz sb

There is no comparison between two. If you have the investment, go for CSC

Thank you for the replies. Im looking to invest in BWC plot too, as you all know regarding its NOC, do you think it would be a wise decision to buy plot in BWC too or whether it will have its NOC in the future?

Brother wait, till things get certain or balloting/first round of possession. Prices not going anywhere except for an increase on Dealers' Whats App groups and social media pages.

I am optimistic about BWC as going is good but I fear overselling. Bottom line is its better to buy 5 Marla with NOC or Balloted one than a 10 Marla with in the air file!

BWC is now working on ground with lot of machinery working on site. BWC has sold lot of files and there is over selling for sure, but on the other hand they claim that they had purchased lot of land in recent few months. More risky at the moment, but considerable gain if they get their NOC and show something on ground.

CSCI and BWC prices are 180 degrees apart from one and other. If one needs to do a long term investment on installment the place is not that bad to invest specially for small plots.

If you want to play safe, allow some more months to see how its going.
