Need your expert opinion on btk precinct 22 future prospect in view of 5 year investment.
1. Is it worthy to hold precinct 22 250 yd plot for next 5 years assuming good return in 5 years while some homes constructed in same precinct?
2. Sale out 250 yd plot now and buy 125 yd plot of equivalent worth in other precinct closer to btk main gate?
